Atrall is the founder and owner of Speech Garden STL.

​

She earned a Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Louis University and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and a state license from the Missouri Board of Healing Arts. Additionally she has earned a CAS, Certified Autism Specialist, credential through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards.  Along with her work in private practice she is a part of the Interdisciplinary Center for Autism Services at Saint Louis University.
